Baggage Fares (2023.6.9)

* Terms of Baggages

  (L+W+H : length + width + height)

 

1. Hand-carrying Baggage         * Items prohibited in hand-carrying baggage click!
 - Baggages that passenger can carry in hands on board.

 - Max. 25kg per package and L+W+H Max. 150cm, Each side Max. 100cm.

 - Max. 2 packages including bagpack and Max. 25kg for Total packages.

 

2. Checked Baggage         ** Items prohibited in checked baggage click!           *** Precautions for loss and damage to checked baggage click!

- Baggages checked-in before boarding by shipping company and stored in cargo deck until arriving desitination.

- Max. 25kg per package and L+W+H Max. 150cm, Each side Max. 100cm

- No fare to be charged upto 25kg per passenger. 

  If weight of total packages over 25kg, ₩3,000($3) per over-weight(kg) to be charged.

- For example, If a passenger wants one bag of 30kg plus one bag of 20kg as Checked Baggage, the 30kg bag should be adjusted to ≤ 25kg.
  If weight of each package exceeds 25kg and adjusting weight is not available or passenger reject it, this baggage shall be regarded as Special Baggage.
- Eventhough each package is ≤ 25kg, if length exceeds the limit as above, this baggage shall be regarded as Special Baggage.

 

3. Special Baggage
- Baggages that can not be treated as Hand-carrying Baggage or Checked Baggage or not available to adjust weight or size

- Max. 50kg per package and L+W+H Max. 280cm, Each side Max. 120cm
- If weight of package exceeds 25kg or length exceeds limit of Checked Baggage, Baggage fare for Special Baggage shall be applied.

- 1~20kg : ₩100,000($100), over 20kg: ₩5,000($5) per kg added

※ Only cats and dogs can cross border by ferry

※ Pet must have a Quarantine Certificate & Rabies Antibody Titre Test Certificate issued by national quarantine office.

※ A pet needs own cage, feed, hygiene tissues and other goods should be prepared by Passenger

※ When boarding, pet must be kept in a cage and picked up by the passenger himself. After boarding, the employee will guide next process.

※ Pets accompanied on board are kept in designated areas in the cargo hold.

※ Please submit "Declaration of Indemnity -Pet" when check-in - Download

<Items prohibited in hand-carrying baggage> 
1. (including folding) various knives, scissors, weapons, tools, flammable substances, sports and leisure equipment, electric shock weapons, replica and model weapons 
2. The above items cannot be carried into your room and will be confiscated and discarded at the security checkpoint. Please handle it as checked baggage in advance.

<Items prohibited in checked baggage> 
1. Baggage that is too heavy or contains too many contents compared to the bag's capacity. 
   (baggage over 50KG cannot be checked) 

2. Fragile or perishable items, health-related medicines 
3. Flammable substances are not allowed on board or checked in. 
4. Expensive electrical and electronic products such as TVs, monitors, laptops, speakers, etc. and their data (please carry small appliances such as rice cookers with you), musical instruments 
5. Sports goods not placed in a hard case (dedicated packaging container) 
6. Valuable items such as cash, precious metals, securities, contracts, identification cards, samples, and antiques, etc. 
7. Items not packed in bags, boxes, etc. (hand carts, etc.) 
8. Detachable batteries can be checked (electric kickboard, bicycle, etc.) 
   (Batteries, if not be removed, cannot be stored on board or checked in)

<Precautions for loss and damage to checked baggage> 
1. In case of loss or damage, you must notify us in writing immediately upon disembarkation. 
2. The loss and damage report is for reporting the occurrence of an incident and does not mean that the shipping company agrees with the passenger's claim (loss and damage). 
3. If theft is suspected, the passenger must directly report it to the police. 
4. Damages as a result of weather conditions, scratches, dents, stains, and loss or damage to wheels, external bag handles, locks, and accessories that occur during routine baggage handling, and damage that occurs during security screening are excluded from the liability of the shipping company.
