* VIP rooms can only be reserved on a per-room basis.

The fare is constant regardless of the number of passengers (up to 2 people).

The fuel surcharge (BAF), war surcharge (AP), and terminal fee are charged according to the actual number of passengers.

If 1 out of 2 cancels, only the fuel surcharge (BAF), war surcharge (AP), and terminal fee for the canceled passenger shall be refunded.

Youth (under 19 years) : 20% off the Fare
Disabled : 20% off the Fare

Elderly (70 years or more): 10% off the Fare

* Payment of Fares (Off-line)

Payment should be done before 48 hours after invoice issued. If reservation within 96 hours before departure, payment should be done no later than 48 hours before departure
If payment delayed further, reservation might be cancelled without pre-notice

 

* In case of cancelling Return trip of Round Ticket, the amounts excluding previously used one-way fare shall be refunded. And Refund Fee might be charged depending on time of requesting cancellation.

* From 2 days before departure, schedule changes cannot be made and only cancellation (and subsequent rebooking) is possible.

  If a ticket is canceled after one free schedule change, 50% of the fare will be charged as a fee.
