Shipping Guidelines

Donghae Port Receiving Hours

Weekdays 09:00~17:00

(For pallets, bring PACKING LIST upon delivery and submit to stevedoring company upon arrival report -> Please deliver cargo 1-2 days before shipping)

Please send PACKING LIST and export license to cargo@dwship.co.kr

Vehicles subject to customs inspection before loading must be notified at the time of document deadline.

Shipping marks with vessel name, shipper name, etc., and transportation precautions must be attached to vehicles and pallets upon delivery.

We recommend purchasing cargo insurance for your shipment.
