Carry-on Luggage

  • Luggage that passengers carry on board.
  • Only luggage weighing 25kg or less per package (bag), with a sum of three sides of 150cm or less and one side of 100cm or less can be carried.
  • Maximum 2 packages (bags) including backpacks, total weight up to 25kg can be carried.

Prohibited items for carry-on luggage

  • Various knives (including folding), scissors, weapons, tools, glass bottles, flammable materials, sports and leisure equipment, electric shock devices, replica and model weapons
  • These items cannot be carried into the cabin and will be confiscated and disposed of at the security checkpoint. Please process them as checked luggage in advance.

General Checked Luggage

  • Luggage entrusted to the shipping company before boarding and stored in the cargo hold until the destination
  • Only luggage weighing 25kg or less per package (bag), with a sum of three sides of 200cm or less and one side of 100cm or less can be checked.
  • Checked luggage up to 25kg per person is free, but packages (bags) exceeding the free allowance and not exceeding 25kg per piece are charged 3,000 won/kg.
  • If one person wants to transport one 30kg bag and one 20kg bag as checked luggage, the 30kg bag must be reduced to 25kg or less and divided into two or more pieces.
  • If it exceeds 25kg and it is impossible to reduce the weight of the package (bag), or if you refuse to reduce the weight, it is classified as special checked luggage.
  • Even if the weight per package (bag) is 25kg or less, it is classified as special checked luggage if the length limit is exceeded.

Special Checked Luggage

  • Luggage that cannot be processed as carry-on or checked luggage and cannot be adjusted in weight and size by dismantling the packaging is classified as special checked luggage.
  • Limited to cargo with a sum of three sides of 280cm or less, one side length of 120cm or less, and weight of 50kg or less per piece.
  • Special checked luggage rates apply if the weight per piece exceeds 25kg or exceeds the general checked luggage length limit.
  • 100,000 won for 1-20kg, additional 5,000 won/kg from 21kg.

Prohibited items for checked luggage

  • Luggage that is too heavy or forcefully packed beyond bag capacity
  • Fragile or perishable items, health-related medicines
  • Flammable materials such as butane gas and explosives such as fireworks
  • Expensive electrical and electronic products such as TVs, monitors, laptops, speakers and their data (please carry small appliances), musical instruments
  • Sports equipment not in hard cases (special packaging containers)
  • Valuable items difficult to value such as cash, precious metals, securities, contracts, ID cards, samples, and antiques
  • Items not packaged in bags, boxes, etc.

Precautions for Lost and Damaged Checked Luggage

  • In case of loss or damage, you must notify our company in writing immediately upon disembarkation.
  • The loss and damage report is to report the occurrence of the matter and does not mean that the shipping company agrees with the passenger's claim (loss and damage).
  • If theft is suspected, passengers must report directly to the police.
  • Damage resulting from weather conditions and scratches, dents, stains occurring during normal luggage handling, and loss and damage of wheels, external bag handles, locks, and accessories, and damage occurring during security inspection are excluded from the shipping company's responsibility.

*Payment is only available at check-in on the departure day. At Vladivostok terminal, payment can only be made in Russian rubles (ruble exchange rate applied to dollar fare) and local cards. At Donghae terminal, payment can be made in Korean won and domestic cards, MASTER, VISA, AMEX, JCB cards.

*Charging batteries of electric bicycles, electric scooters, etc. on board is strictly prohibited. Batteries must be removed and entrusted to crew members. (For integrated types, staff will provide separate guidance)

(Electric) Bicycle and (Electric) Kick Scooter Transportation Guide

  • All items attached to the bicycle (bags, holders, etc.) must be removed during X-RAY inspection
  • Electric bicycle passengers must complete and submit a consent form (boarding guide) before boarding. Click for Forms
  • For detachable battery electric bicycles, the battery must be removed and checked. The removed battery is carried on board and handed to the crew. (Charging on board is strictly prohibited)
  • For integrated battery electric bicycles, check with shipping company staff before checking
  • If abnormal signs are found in electric bicycles and batteries, crew members may dispose of the problematic items at sea without the owner's consent.
